I love this time of year for many reasons - the sun is shining, holidays are booked, the flowers are in bloom and wedding season is in full swing.
I have been lucky to work with a number of brides over the last few years, to create jewellery for them and their bridesmaids to wear on their special day. Working with an excited bride is utterly infectious & it is pure joy to get to experience and share in some of their excitement and anticipation.
Most recently I worked with a bride on the bridesmaid jewellery pictured here - for a wedding last weekend. We worked together to create custom bracelets and earrings for her 3 bridesmaids: a sterling silver version of the hammered bar bracelets and coordinating earrings, which featured the hammered bars and some delicate chain, to add movement to the earrings. I love the minimal and classic approach she took in creating wearable pieces, that coordinated beautifully with the dresses.
