If you have changed your mind regarding your purchase or are unhappy with it, you can exchange your item within 30 days of purchase.
> To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
> For hygiene reasons earrings are non-returnable.
> Sale items cannot be exchanged.
> To complete your exchange, include a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: personalised and customised orders are non-returnable.
Once your return is received, we will be in touch to let you know that we have received it and to update you on your exchange.
CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER
If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed (but has not yet been dispatched), please notify us within 12 hours of placing the order.
REPAIRS
If you have any issues regarding your order, please contact us as soon as you receive it.
> We offer free reworks if an issue occurs with personalisation within 30 days of purchase.
> We offer free repairs within 2 years of purchase.
