This personalised silver disc necklace features two discs, that can be customised to your taste: a tiny disc that can be personalised with 1 initial and a larger disc that can be personalised with up to 3 initials or a symbol. The tiny disc pendant sits beside the larger one and they hang from a fine sterling silver chain.
